Three seasons in for Bears General Manager Ryan Poles, he carries a 15–36-win loss record with him, after tearing it down to the studs in year one, he’s struggled to identify top tier talent for this Bears roster, however entering year four Poles has hired a top tier talent at Head Coach in Ben Johnson and created what I believe is the best Chicago Bears roster in the last 15 years.
